Scott Bell
Scott Bell graduated with a business degree from Long Beach State University. After dabbling in different industries, Scott decided it was time for BRYAN'S Cleaners to benefit from his training and expertise; so he joined the family business in 1982. Scott has had active roles in industry associations such as the Greater Los Angeles Dry Cleaners Associaton (past president); California Cleaners Association (dry cleaner of the year), to name a few. Under Scott's visionary leadership, BRYAN'S has been voted "Best Dry Cleaner" by the readers of the Pasadena Star News and the Pasadena Weekly. As a knowledgeable professional in the garment care industry, Scott is a much sought-after speaker and lecturer outside of the dry cleaning industry as well. When needing correct answers to tough questions, several media outlets have come to trust Scott Bell as a credible and valuable resource.
Scott stays involved in the community as a member of the Kiwanis Club and is a blood donor at Huntington Memorial Hospital. Scott also spends plenty of quality time with his wife and three sons.
William Bell (Mr. Bell)
Having returned from the Korean War in 1952, William Bell joined his future father-in-law (Garnet Bryan) at the main plant on Arroyo Parkway. William started by sweeping floors and was quickly promoted to master cleaner. He established the nucleus of a garment delivery route in Arcadia, running it for 1 1/2 years. In 1958, the superintendent of production left the company and William was soon promoted. He supervised the plant's operations for 25 years. Since 1988, William has served as the chairman of BRYAN'S Cleaners. William was married to his sweetheart and love of his life, Mary Bryan (daughter of Garnet) from 1951 until her passing in 2000.
William stays involved with BRYAN'S Cleaners by giving motivational speeches at its quarterly leadership summits. Most of his spare time is spent collecting antiques and sports memorabilia, reading, driving vintage cars, travelling to exotic international locations with old friends, making new friends and rooting for the Los Angeles Dodgers. However, his greatest joys are derived from his four sons and their families, including 13 grandchildren.
